Growing up in a small Bavarian town, Florian came to film through music. In 2015, he began studying cinematography at the HFF Munich and has since made numerous films that have been shown at the Max Ophüls Film Festival, the International Hof Film Festival, and the BAFTA Student Awards, among others. His cinematography for the short film GOLDILOCKS earned him a nomination in the competition for student cinematographers at the world-renowned Camerimage Film Festival. The short film LOST AND FOUND won the award for best cinematography at the Shorts Festival Offenburg.
