SPC PHOTO AWARDS are coming back to Munich. Join this fun mix of photography exhibition and competition, that has excited thousands of photo enthusiasts in cities like Zurich, Berlin and Cologne over the last years. Simply upload your best photo(s), we take care of the rest.

We print and exhibit every photo at a cool gallery right near the art district. The fun starts here, where hundreds of visitors come to see and vote for their favorite pictures. Most voted pictures receive fantastic prizes!

Conditions

Photo Title: Make sure to enter a photo title in the field next to your uploaded picture. This title plus your name will be displayed under your picture in the gallery.
Theme: There is no theme required for your photos, simply choose and upload your favorite ones. For the exhibition, we will sort the photos based on themes.
No watermarks, copyright signs or digital frames should be visible.
File size: Please upload your photos in high quality print size, but no larger than 10MB per picture. Minimum 2500 pixels wide long edge (but larger is of course better).
File Format: JPG
Photo Ratios: 2:3, 3:4, 1:2, 1:1
Color space: sRGB
Photo Print Sale is optional: Let us know if you want us to offer your print for sale at the gallery or not. You will receive 100 Euro (plus VAT, if applicable) for your sold print (sale price at the gallery 240 Euro)
Model Release: If you have a person clearly identifiable in your photo, you can of course submit it for exhibition and win prizes. However, if you’d like to offer it for sale too, you will need a model release.
Image Rights: You will always keep 100% of the rights for your photo. We will not use it for any commercial purposes or limit your use of the picture in any way. We might however feature your photo in combination with advertising for or reporting about the Awards.
Photography at the exhibition: is allowed for everyone. Photos we take during the exhibition may be used for advertising of future events. If you are identifiable in one of these photos, you may request that we stop using it through the contact form on our website.
AI generated pictures are not allowed. The submitted picture must be made with a camera. Photo editing and composing is allowed, but generative tools from Midjourney, Photoshop Generative Fill, etc. are not permitted.
Your photo print(s): belong to you after the exhibition (if not sold)and can be taken home directly after the award ceremony by you or someone you announce. Prints that are not picked up at the award ceremony will be transported to one of our Swiss Photo Club offices and can be shipped upon request. Postal fees: 5 Euro for (all) small prints or 19 Euro for large format prints (incl. a 5 Euro voucher for future awards and any small prints). Prints that are not picked up or requested for shipment within 3 months after the exhibition closing will be disposed of or sold and earnings donated to a charitable cause.
