We take the taxi bus to the Moosalp, hike for about 1 hour to a unique 360 degree viewpoint where we will enjoy the sunset and a fantastic view of the Valais four-thousand metre peaks.

Day 2

Schalb - Jungu - St. Niklaus

Another highlight of the trip. We take a very small gondola up to Alp Schalb and hike along a spectacular trail to Alp Jungu, from where we return to St. Niklaus. The front Mattertal, far removed from mass tourism, impresses with its unspoilt nature and views of the Valais four-thousand-metre peaks. With a bit of luck, we may even cross paths with the local ibex colony. As we have the whole day at our disposal, we have enough time to take photos of the fantastic views and wildlife.

My love of nature and the beauty of the world that surrounds us inspire my photographs.

I have a special interest in landscape photography. My photos are characterised by the attention to detail and the observation of light and shadow, which in combination result in beautiful creations. My aim is to represent a mood and a landscape in such a way that the character of the landscape and its uniqueness is preserved. In contrast to a work of art, I don't want to create anything new, but to represent the landscape in the best moment for my taste.

The courses give me the stimulation and the exchange that is important in my work, to remain curious and to keep breaking new ground.
