Course Requirements

To ensure the best learning experience, students should meet the following criteria:

• Technical Knowledge: A basic understanding of photography (aperture, shutter speed, ISO, and manual exposure). If you're a total beginner, we recommend taking one of our Beginners Courses first.
• Camera Gear: A DSLR or Mirrorless camera with manual exposure capabilities.
• Lenses: Students are required to bring a long lens (any zoom or prime lens in the 70mm – 200mm range).
• Camera Hire: Don’t have a camera or the right lens? We offer free gear hire (please notify us in advance).
• Professionalism: A respectful attitude and absolute discretion are mandatory at all times.

Image Rights & Model Releases

• Usage: Students may use all photos taken during the workshop for private purposes and self-promotion (portfolio, personal website, social media).
• Model Releases: Standard Getty model releases will be available on-site for the model to sign.
• Attribution: Any mention of the model’s name in public or on social media must be expressly agreed upon by the model.
• Commercial Use: The sale of these images or any other commercial use is strictly prohibited.
