This class pushes beyond the basics and introduces photographers to new and exciting techniques.&nbsp;During this workshop, you’ll receive instruction on a range of specialty lighting modifiers and tools that you’ll learn to create amazing results with. Lindsay will also share her techniques when working with gels, color temperature, and color theory.Whether working with a couple of&nbsp;lights&nbsp;or an extremely complex setup, you’ll learn how each&nbsp;light&nbsp;contributes to a successful result.&nbsp;During this event you’ll also have the opportunity to work with stunning professional models – guaranteeing you will walk away with superior images.&nbsp;By the end of the day, you’ll be bursting with so much inspiration and knowledge that you won’t be able to wait to implement these techniques in your next shoot! <h3>Education: Modifiers</h3>Lindsay will begin the day by taking you through more than a dozen different modifiers and&nbsp;light&nbsp;shaping tools, helping to understand when a particular tool is the ‘right’ one for your visual goals. Throughout the day she will explain how each&nbsp;light&nbsp;in a complex scene can work together for dimension, drama, separation and more.&nbsp; <h3>Education: Qualities of Light</h3>Lindsay’s first demonstration will explore extremely soft qualities of light and extremely hard qualities of light. She will cover the tools and techniques for each, as well as conceptual approaches to utilizing each quality of light.&nbsp; <h3>Education: Specialty tools</h3>Lindsay will demo specialty tools such as scrims, fresnels, optical spots, and lasers that will allow you to break away from the ‘typical’ lighting and create jaw-dropping imagery. <h3>Portfolio Building</h3>Now it’s your turn to capture these advanced setups with Lindsay’s guidance!
